good times at my house...

sometimes its not just what gets said around here but what happens. Tait refused to put on his "gay coat" so I made him wear this sign. and the other... well that is just self explanatory

Dancin' all night

We went to the Winter Ball on Friday Night at Jake's school, it was more fun than any high school dance, probably because I was with Jake- the best dancer ever. He really knows how to have a good time on the dance floor, and he thought it was going to be lame.
We finally did another family photo too, it turned out okay I guess considering that I put it on the table and set the timer and ran to get in the picture.

hello all. I thought I'd give you a glimps of the cute &amp lively little girls that I work with on Sundays and 2 Tuesdays a month. The youngest is 9 the oldest will be 12 in August. They are L to R; Kayla (bishops daughter), Maaike, Sierra (Erica Allen), Haylee, Alexa (Kristy Barr), Ellie & Celise, (newly baptised and moving). There are 5 more; 2 have only come once and the other 3 only come on Tuesdays. They are good little girls and very silly. We might actually get through an activity on time if I could keep the dancing and twirling and piano playing to a minimun.
I guess that's all I have to add, my little boys are past the 'look mom, take a picture' mode. So unless you'd a home show tour . . .. this is it. ahhhhhckkk, this site hates me. oh well, i can't try and fix it again. soooo sorry.

Sarah's Science Skills

I thought that this was a perfect example of how sometimes Sarah just doesn't understand what's going on. She will answer a question with all of her brain power... the problem is that she didn't understand the question. This was a science assessment that she took today.
Question: Describe what happens to a human as it progresses through its life cycle. Be sure to list the stages and what happens during each stage of development.
Here is the book answer: the stages a human goes through-infancy, childhood, puberty, adolescence, adulthood. Growth is rapid in infancy and childhood, growth spurt just before puberty. puberty and adolescence marked by sexual maturity. during adulthood humans experience aging.
This is Sarah's awesome answer: humans start out as Babies where they are just developing teeth, hair and words. Next a Toddler where you know more like walking, eating on your own and speaking. At Kid stage you are going to school, making friends, learning even more. Then comes your Adolescence where you will go through puberty a stage that makes it possible for you to create human life. You will become smarter and more aware of things in life. Next is Adult. you will start making your own decisions, get married probably, find a home, get a job, and have kids the most important. Lastly your Oldness where you will have raised a family who have families of their own now and by now you should realize you have created a generation of your own.

Whit's 1st Birthday

I am a little late on getting these pictures on, but I guess its better than not at all. Whit really had fun with his presents, mostly the tissue paper and bag. We also had some friends over for some cake and ice cream. Whit was a little hesitant to eat his cake but after a few minutes he loved it.
